are pancakes safe to eat

i guess this might be a bit of a silly question.... But in early pregnancy are you okay to eat pancakes?? I know that it is shrove tuesday this coming tuesday and i love pancakes with a bit of sugar and lemon, and would be gutted if i had to miss out.

Is it okay?? Whats everyone else doing this pancake day??
