Lightening cream responsible for womens death

What makes me so angry about this story was that the manufacturers did not declare that the product had mercury in it. Now this bride to be may have still decided to use it but maybe she would have thought twice about using it over her entire body and possibly would not have had the severe reaction that led to her death
