Best Tampons for NOT Leaking?

Hey girls! So I'm going to the beach today and my flow is medium-heavy and I was wondering which brand of tampon is best for not leaking. I obviously can't wear a backup pad because I'm going in the water, but I don't want to leak on my bikini for everyone to see!
