Guide on Wasabii Account Verification for Foreign Players

I noticed lately where Wasabii had enable email verification for foreign players, instead of just fax in only. Oversea players can now mail in their details for verification, and it did work out as I know people who successfully get their account verified. All you need to do is just fill in the form and mail it back to Wasabii customer service via email.
