Middle names for Samuel

Ok so we have a little girl name nailed down and someday I will have a little Evelyn Ann running around the house. But we are stuck with our boy name. I think DH and I have settled on Samuel for a first name. Now we need a middle. Our last name has two syllables and seems to go with everything (Richards). I have my choice for a middle and I think DH is on board but I hesitate to use it because hubby is a III and everyone wants him to name his son as a IV.
