My eyebrows are a dark brown colour and i want them to be almost blonde? Is this possible *-* I don't want to bleach them or anything, maybe use some sort of make up?

As I started out I hadn't realized that gyaru's usually trim their eyebrows really short and then fill in with a brow pencil.

I came across this blog about the phenomenon of skin lightening in Jamiaca and noticed the end section where a country in Africa, Gabon, has taken the decsion that if one decides to "bleach" (I Hate that term) that you risk going to jail
