June KC recipe: Pig Nuts (Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts)

Sorry I am jumping the gun and posting this a day early, but as I was thinking of veggie recipes, I had an A-Ha moment. A water chestnut is a vegetable. This recipe may not be the healthiest but it is a yummy appetizer! My mom as been making these for holiday appetizers for years!



(I do not use an exact recipe)

1 or 2 cans whole waterchestnuts
soy sauce in ziploc bag
