My birthday dinner ....thanks to Evelyne
We made two of the recipes in the cookbook that Evelyne made for me. Some of you ladies know her from SG. We did SS on a different site and we used some of her recipes tonight. This was my birthday dinner. It was Belgian Roast and Belgian Mashed potatoes (has leeks in them) and the gravy is from the roast which base is from a Belgian beer. It was extremely yummy.
